Not all protein is complete.
Many protein jellies are made with collagen. Collagen is an incomplete protein: it's missing tryptophan, one of the nine essential amino acids your body can't make on its own. JellyFit gets its protein from whey isolate, which has all nine.

Our protein promise
The big number on every JellyFit cup is whey isolate protein only. The jelly is set with a little halal-certified gelatin, which is made from collagen, and its protein is never counted in the 20g.

Why the number matters
Some products add different proteins together into one big figure. We don't. The 20g on the front of a JellyFit cup is complete protein from whey isolate, and nothing else. The small amount of gelatin that sets the jelly isn't counted.

What does “complete protein” mean?
A complete protein contains all nine essential amino acids, the ones your body can't make and has to get from food. Whey isolate is complete. Collagen, used in many protein jellies, is not: it's missing tryptophan.
Does JellyFit contain collagen?
Only a little, as the gelatin that sets the jelly. Gelatin is made from collagen. Its protein isn't counted in the 20g on the cup: that number is complete protein from whey isolate only.
Is JellyFit halal?
Yes, by design. JellyFit is set with an agar base and halal-certified bovine gelatin.
Is it vegetarian or vegan? What about allergies?
No. JellyFit contains whey, which comes from milk, and bovine gelatin. If you have a milk allergy, JellyFit isn't for you. Always check the cup for full allergen information.
Does it need to stay cold?
Yes. JellyFit is a chilled product, so keep it in the fridge. It tastes best cold anyway.
